The bed was comfortable, making it hard to get out of in the morning. The air conditioner worked excellently, providing a cool escape from the summer heat. the room felt a bit old and lacked that fresh ambiance. I appreciated the clean towels, though some seemed a bit worn. The noise level was generally manageable, with only occasional disturbances from the hallway. While the room was spacious, housekeeping missed a few details, like vacuuming thoroughly. The presence of a coffee maker was a nice touch, but I would’ve preferred a better-maintained environment throughout.

The rooms were well priced and brand-new with comfortable bed. The hotel was in an incredible location, by an outdoor sidewalk with cars parked right up to the sidewalk.

The location is unbeatable for nightlife lovers like me. The live music scene is just a quick stroll away, and the breakfast spread is definitely worth waking up for.

We had a fun stay and would be happy to recommend it to all. Appreciated how beautifully kept and overall very nice the property was. The staff was very professional, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room was a nice size and well-kept and included a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators.

Walked into a shabby room with a musty smell; clearly, it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was a disaster—hair everywhere, and I found bugs. So disappointing! I expected way more for what I paid. Never again!

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to so many iconic spots like the Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium, and Music Row, which made my weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable; the hotel even had a nice breakfast with a great omelet bar, and the beds were super comfy too, perfect for resting up after all that exploring, but it would be great if the breakfast offered more hot options.

We loved the hotel and Nashville, had 3 very nice days there. King room included coffee and tea making facilities, a dining area, and a sitting area. The continental breakfast was delicious and had plenty of meals.

Still, the hospitality and convenience made it a memorable experience.

From my experience, the hotel is within walking distance to iconic attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and Bridgestone Arena, both just over a 15-minute stroll away, while vibrant spots like Music Row and RCA Studio B are even closer, so I was able to soak in the city's lively atmosphere effortlessly. The friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms made for a lovely stay, but the only downside was the breakfast could use a bit more variety to start the day off even better.
